How our plans work

	Capped and shaped plans	Pay for what you use plans
	You can download for free between 6.00am and 6.00pm (off-peak time) up to the monthly off-peak limit provided.	You can download as much as you like for free between 6.00am and 6.00pm (off-peak time).
	You can also download between 6.00pm and 6.00am (peak time) up to the monthly peak limit. After that you pay for each MB you download (overrun), which is capped so you always know your potential maximum monthly spend.	During 6.00pm to 6.00am (peak time) you can also download, but there is a monthly limit.
	If you reach the combined limit for peak and off-peak times, you can still download but your connection speed is slowed to 72kbps.	Once you reach this monthly limit you can still download as much as you like at the same connection speed, but you have to pay for each MB you download (overrun). There is no cap on this charge.

Terms & conditions

All charges are GST inclusive unless otherwise stated. All plans are subject to Grapevine terms and conditions and acceptable use policy. A $20 connection fee applies to all new Grapevine accounts except when included in a Bundle Contract. A $20 plan change fee applies when upgrading/downgrading to a new Grapevine plan. TransACT connection fees not included. For all Grapevine plans, overrun charges apply when you reach the maximum download limit for your selected plan, up to the overrun limit stated in the relevant Service Schedule. For shaped plans, after the overrun limit is reached, downloads are free but connection speed is slowed to 72kbps for the remainder of the Download Measurement Period. Grapevine provides usage alerts via email to enable you to monitor your download usage. *24-month contract and early termination fees apply.
