Microsoft Outlook Express 6 setup guide

Below are the step-by-step instructions to set up your Outlook Express for Grapevine.

If you experience any problems, please contact Grapevine Technical Support on 13 35 00 (option 3)

1)	Load Microsoft Outlook Express (Start > Programs > Outlook Express).
2)	Click on Tools > Accounts.
3)	Double click on Add and select Mail.
4)	Enter in the display name field what you would like the recipients to see who the email was sent from and click Next.
5)	Enter your full Grapevine email address and then click Next.
6)	In the Incoming Mail Server dropdown menu, ensure POP3 is selected. In the Incoming Mail Server field, type in (based on your email address username@grapevine.com.au) pop3.grapevine.com.au. In the Outgoing Mail Server field, type in (based on your email address username@grapevine.com.au) smtp.grapevine.com.au. Click Next.
7)	In the Account Name field, type in your full Grapevine email address (not just the first part without the domain). Type your password in the password field. Ensure "Remember password" is ticked. Ensure "Log on using SPA" is unticked. Click Next.
8)	Click Finish.
9)	Click Close.
10)	Click on "Send/Recv" and if there are any emails on the mail server, they will download to your Inbox immediately.
