Mac Mail set-up guide
Below are the step-by-step instructions to set up Mac Mail on Grapevine.

Ensure you are connected to the Internet, and load Mac Mail.

Click on File > Add Accounts.

- Select Account Type: POP.
- Account Description: Grapevine.
- Full Name: Your name.
- Email address: Your Grapevine email address
- Click Continue.

- In the Incoming Mail Server field, type in (based on your email address username@grapevine.com.au) pop3.grapevine.com.au.
- User Name is your full Grapevine email address.
- Enter your password in the Password field.
- Click continue.

- In the Outgoing Mail Server field, type in (based on your email address username@grapevine.com.au) smtp.grapevine.com.au.
- Ensure that Use Authentication is not ticked.
- Click Continue.

This will bring up the Account Summary window, they should bring up a screen like the one below.

Click Continue, then click Done. You should now be able to receive any new mail messages from our mail server.
