Incredimail Xe for Windows setup guide

Below are the step-by-step instructions to set up Incredimail Xe for Windows on Grapevine.

If you experience any problems, please contact Grapevine Technical Support on 13 35 00 (option 3)

1)	Launch Incredimail.
2)	Click Tools and select Accounts.
3)	Click Add.
4)	Select "Let me configure settings myself" and then click Next.
5)	Type in your name and Grapevine email address and then click Next.
6)	In the Incoming Mail Server type dropdown menu, ensure POP3 is selected. In the Incoming Mail Server field, type in (based on your email address username@grapevine.com.au) pop3.grapevine.com.au. In the Outgoing Mail Server field, type in (based on your email address username@grapevine.com.au) smtp.grapevine.com.au. In the username field, type in your full Grapevine email address (not just the first part without the domain) and your password. Click Next.
7)	Click Finish.
